Coffs Olympic Pool caters to all swimming and fitness levels and goals. Programs are developed by fully qualified Coaches and Instructors.
FAMILY CIRCUIT $8 per session / $70 per 10 sessions / $120 per 20 sessions (includes swim)
Group Training for Families (Children 10 - 15 Years of Age accompanied by a parent $5).
Family circuit consists of a series of exercises involving both resistance and cardio training. Anyone can join in and workout at their own pace. All levels of fitness are catered for and the main aim is to have FUN in the fresh air. You are welcome to stay and swim at no extra charge after your workout.
LUNCH TIME CIRCUIT $8 per session / $70 per 10 sessions / $120 per 20 sessions (includes swim)
45 minutes of circuit training allowing time for a shower or a swim before heading back to work. Make the most of your lunch time in the great outdoors.
ADULT SWIM SQUAD $7 per session / $63 for 10 sessions
Programs available for everyday swimmers wanting to improve their technique and fitness levels. Sessions are performed at your own pace with stroke development, fitness training and some speed work for variety and fun.
MASTERS / ELITE / SENIOR SQUAD $7 per session / $63 for 10 sessions
Sessions are designed with specific competition goals in mind for the competitive athlete however, anyone can join in. Sessions are performance based, working toward specific goals for the individual athlete including Masters pool swimming, Triathlon, Water Polo or Surf based competition. Programs cover basic fundamentals, stroke development and speed work.
ADULT SWIM FIT CIRCUIT $9 per session / $81 per 10 sessions
45 minutes of circuit training and then you can join the adult swim squad for 40-45 minutes of swim training / 1 hour circuit for those that do not wish to swim. All levels of fitness and swim ability catered for. Get the most out of your training no matter what your goal.

performance athlete.
